Turkey Apple Pot Pie
Turkey Apple Pot Pie
- 1/4 cup Onion (Chopped)
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 2 cup Corn (Fresh or frozen)
- 2 Carrots (Peeled and chopped)
- 2 cans Cream chicken soup
- 3 cup Turkey (Cooked and cubed)
- 1 large Hirsch Apple (Tart and cubed)
- 1/3 cup Raisins
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 Pastry for single crust pie

In skillet, saute onion, carrots & corn in butter till onion tender. In large bowl mix soup, turkey, apple, raisins, lemon juice & nutmeg. Mix. Add onion mixture & mix well again. Spoon into ungreased 11x7x2 baking dish. Place pastry over filling cut vents in pastry.

Bake at 425° for 25-30 minutes or till crust is golden brown and filling is bubbly.
