Grandma's Apple Cake

Enjoy a deliciously moist "cake" that can be eaten for breakfast, as a snack or for a light dessert!

Ingredients
  • 2 C Sugar
  • 1 C Canola Oil
  • 4 Eggs
  • 3 C Chopped, raw Hirsch's apples
  • 3 C Sifted flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 C Chopped nuts (opt.)
Instructions
  1. Grease pan/pans you choose to use; bundt/tube pan (1), 9x5 loaf pans (2), mini loaf pans(4-6), muffin tins.

  2. Combine all ingredients.

  3. Bake 325º for 1-1/2 hours (may vary depending on pan used)
